Refund Policy
1. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at camarocarbon1@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect.
Our refund policy is on a case by case basis. We can only accept refunds on products that are not damaged or haven’t been used. We do not cover return shipping and charge a 15% restocking fee. You must email camarocarbon1@gmail.com prior to initiating your return.
If your order has not yet been marked fulfilled, you may request the order to be cancelled with a full refund.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Pre-Orders are non-refundable/non-cancellable. No exceptions.
2. Exchanges
We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged within 30 days from when product was purchased. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at camarocarbon1@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
3. Refusal of Delivery
Please do NOT refuse delivery under any circumstance. If there are any issues with the condition of your package or order, please email us at camarocarbon1@gmail.com or via Instagram @camarocarbon. We are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in shipment via refusal.
